A bit unfair on Bellamy. He played over 148 FG games for Canberra and won a premiership. I would classify a shit player as one who couldn't crack FG.

I agree and have thought about this for years that there is a link. Also thought about great footballers who make really bad commentators and are dumb as dog shit. Wally Lewis, Andrew Johns, Darren Lockyer and Brad Fittler.
