Won't allow Todd Carney back, but will allow a bloke to sign long term with an NRL owned club who was:
1. Sacked from Souths in 2012 for repeated alcohol abuse.
2. Sacked from Panthers in early 2014 for repeated alcohol abuse.
3. Swept under the rug an "incident" involving alcohol and police in Nov 2014 when with Titans. Very lucky not to be jailed over it.

and yet NRL welcome him with open arms.

Gould claims he's a lovely bloke, only because he can't call the guy a piece of shit on air.

Again his personality and who he is outside of footy doesn't mean he isn't a gun player.

The lack of captaincy showed up in lack of structure and rallying but the dumb passes and lack of discipline were plain 'who gives a shit'.

Titans had 3 or 4 missing and they never looked like losing.

Can a club ban its players from Origin?? because EVERY SINGLE YEAR it ****s our season up.

very disappointing.. I think DES had the right idea last week bringing Reynolds in late in the game.. therefore we need 3 halves

Trent does nothing so it's still 2 halves with him.

Remember folks, we dont have half our squad - our better half. We lost our best attackers in jmoz and bmoz, are best forwards and metre-eaters in Josh Jackson and David Klemmer and our real halfback James Graham. Thompson was always going to struggle with big gordon on him, it just happened to be a bad game for him too which is unfortunate. Every week he puts his heart and soul in to the game, its just an off week. As for Kasiano - he's made for impact and tearing defenses apart when they are most vulnerable. Starting him was never ideal but even though he made a meal of whatever he did, rest assured with our pack and his size, he will be making a great contribution once origin is over. Mbye and Reynolds had decent games with rona bagging a double so theres lots to look forward to.

Gordon isn't even that big that's what I found frustrating with thompsons shit house game.

LOL at the Kas haters he was trying to get something going because we needed to bloody score.

He played pretty well with a few errors that hurt though we needed to chance our arm as we were down and time wasn't on our side. He was dangerous, hard hitting and overall a threat. He shouldn't be starting though nor at lock.

Put it in perspective with Graham, Klemmer, B Moz, J Moz, Jackson out throw in Williams and even Hodko if you want compared to Bird & Myles...

We had Pez in fullback again, Thompson was one of the worst on field. Did Kafusi even play in the second half? The other young bloke got what 10 minutes? Tolman looked absolutely exhausted and I thought was off his game a tad. Stanley is shit house this year and can fark off, that said some of the penalties he coped was a joke. Get charged for high from a bloke squatting into it.

Promising signs for Mbye & Reynolds if nothing else. Although Pritchard, Eastwood, Lichaa, Rona all were pretty good. Lane played damn well too.

Sezer was outstanding won't play that well again for the year. Roberts is a gun and we should have had a crack at him last year. Turning point was his break after a huge set of defense from 4 m out to our line.

Now the Titans are the 8 while we 11th, origin only seems to benefit shit teams with no interruptions to their season sigh....

Get over it. The scenario at Penrith and Souths stemmed beyond simple alcohol abuse. There were many factors that built up that affected him on a personal level. It is not fair on him for you to criticise him for something you have 0 knowledge about (context wise).

Even so, what is the issue with a 20/21 yr old having personal demons? Are you not aware that our club itself has some players with a chequered history? It is not the responsibility of supporters to judge players on a personal level. These players are like any human beings; they make mistakes and develop not only as a player, but as people. Roberts is a fantastic player and will develop continuously as a person, as we all do.

This excuse is getting tired, the storm have the worst record during origin yet have always finished strong and won Premierships. We only had 1 player out in 2013 bar reynolds playing 1 game and that was our worst season since 2011.

We had a chance to sign roberts and didnt......we need a centre like him who has blinding pace.....who cares if he has history....i have faith that hasler can turn players like that around.....look at him go now.....lafai is not playing up to standard and why wasnt loko given a chance instead of hodko
