Kiraz in defence and under the high ball was very questionable. I love his effort overall, but it was pretty bad.
The kid doesn't want to play wing. We know that for a fact... Getting shafted for Xerri too would have hurt.

Hopefully he realizes its just what the team needs atm.

only thing is who would be rested from cup to potentially play next week

Wilson and fox will both come in for Taaffe and Tracey.
We'll see laters i guess... Speculate? Suree why not its TK.

Hopoi - reckon he's a smokey.
Todd - maybe but it depends on whats hapeening to Poasa, Knight and Patolo
Skelly - incase Wilso doesnt come good.

Next week's fullback needs to be someone who can come up unto the line like Taaffe has been and who knows the plays off Hutchison and Burton.
So I think Wilson is unlikely.
Crichton has deficiencies at FB and may be better off staying in centres.
So Papali'i could be a realistic option.
If Wilson, Xerri, JAC are all available, then perhaps whoever misses out could be on the bench?
Especially as finding forwards is going to be a problem.
If King, Kikau, Mann, Edwards and possibly Patolo are all out, then we're looking at:
Hughes, Mahoney, Faamausili (if available?), Curran, Kautoga, Salmon.
And the bench to be something like Hayward, Knight, Hopoi or Todd or an outside back or maybe Hayes.
Going to be interesting

Storm probably too tough and clinical to throw Papa in. Maybe against Knights? Good idea to ease in via the bench as well if possible? Hate to see him demoralised against Bellamy's tactics and kicking game. If he gets a run tho, wishing him all the best.

I don't like the idea of Papali'i debuting against a strong Storm side in a weakened Dogs side. Crighton also needs to be left in the centres. If Tracey is fit he should be FB else just go with Kiraz or Wilson unfortunately. If Patolo, King and Kikau are fit I would go with.
1. Kiraz
2. Addo Carr
3. Crighton
4. Xerri
5. Wilson
6. Burton
7. Sexton
8. King
9. Mahoney
10. Faamasuali
11. Kikau
12. Salmon
13. Curran
14. Hutchinson
15. Kautoga/Hopoi
16. Hughes
17. Patolo

Dude he wasnt that bad for a fill in. His carries back were outstanding and his defense almost stopped two tries.

Im sure a week at training would do wonders.

Atleast now you know why i was saying Taafe was the best FB at the club...
I still think Tracy would make a better FB

Probably a few at Belmore training right now while last night's crew tender their knocks.
If Hopoi, Todd, Hayes, Hayward or Tetevano don't play today then they must be in the frame for Storm.
Faamausili is a bit unclear at the moment.
Will be interesting if Papali'i or Skelton don't play or get reduced minutes?

Don’t you think he’s too small for a lock? He’d get monstered there
No i reckon he would handle it over the off season he's put on some muscle.
He'd help out the halfs he's been playing hooker in Cup and named at lock tomorrow if he plays.

So Faamasuali, Haywood, Rajab and Turpin not playing NSW Cup. Interestingly BBO, Knight, Papali'i, Pehram and Skelton have been named to play.
