All training injuries to forwards? No backs injured?

I don't know if they're training injuries but I think some of our backs are playing injured. Saw Kiraz clutch at his groin against the Cowboys and he hasn't been the same since while Jake's strapping on his right knee seems to be getting thicker and impacting his movement.

I know fuck all about gyms and muscles etc, but are they training too hard as far as the weights are concerned?

Same with knee injuries. 25+ years ago knees didn't end careers at the rates they seem to now. Nowadays we see teenagers have reconstructions.
