That would be massive news, getting those two off the books will free up plenty of cap space. Jackson & Thompson aren't up to it.

It pains me just thinking about us offloading JJ, but it’s definitely the right call he’s way past it now. Thompson on the other hand I will happily drive him back to England tomorrow

You're hit and miss but because this is something I want to happen I'm going to choose to believe you. Thompson I can see going back to England but Jackson leaving would be a frigggin dream.

Mate Baz was an assistant coach who specialised in attack. Nothing suggests this bloke will make a top first grade coach

Mick Potter until the end of the year would be a better option. Furner and Ferris have to be gone as early as possible with Barrett.

Look at the Storm backline. I could be there attacking coach and they’d kill it. Barrett was meant to be the attacking minded legend. He’s a fraud.

Gus on 100% footy was speaking a lot about what a great job Fitzgibbon has done by picking really good quality assistants eg hannay, Steve price etc.

My guess is that might be a sign of movement for our assistants. There is always more to Gus’ comments than the face value words
