Unproven as head coach. We can't afford or don't have the time for him to cut his teeth as that will make it three coaches in a row we would have tried as inexperienced head coaches. We need an experienced head coach like Shane Flanagan...simple as that.

If we move Barrett on sooner rather than later, we can salvage some of this year and prepare for 2023.

I think going for a Ciraldo type coach is a risk. Could be a success but also could be a failure that takes up more of our precious time. We really can’t afford to be the plaything for some aspiring coach’s career aspirations.

That’s a hell of a long time to persevere with a coach that still hasn’t delivered. Some might say Arthur has underachieved with his squad?

It takes 3 years to build a Team. Barrett needs to be judged in 2023. He has baught great players for 2023 to fix our spine. Be patient bulldogs supporters.
