Jota fit enough for the squad, guessing he starts on the bench and comes on if required.

Just saw another replay of the no look assist from Salah against Leeds. He's a freak. It's amazing how prolific he's been with goals and assists, yet he still doesn't get talked about enough relative to other players (Messi, Ronaldo, Mbappe etc)

I'd argue he is being talked about more the mentioned players this season.

He should have been talked about more than them for the past two or three seasons.
People were too busy talking about “world class“ but but but Bruno’s penalties;)

On a serious note, Salah was the perfect signing at the time when we got him. He came with not much fanfare considering Mourinho didn’t give him a chance when he was at Chelsea and at 40 million turned out to be a bargain.
You cannot buy a FRIDGE these days for under 80 million

He killed it at Roma too so it was even more of a bargain... That's where Liverpool have been so great. They nail most of their transfer targets, generally get them at affordable prices and make a huge profit on them. They also have great stability and continuity in this system.

Liverpool fans get frustrated that you don't spend as much as City, United etc but how great they are at scouting and developing and how well Klopp has managed that team is priceless and worth more than a big transfer budget every year.

Youre spot on. This is something Ferguson was good at when he reignEd at Man Utd and hence the success. He made shrewd signings , Klopp and his staff are doing the very same. Most of the signings he makes turn out to very good one. Just look at the last 2 signings in Jota and Diaz. Great signings.
The only one I think that didn’t work out was that dud Karius , can’t think of anyone else.
Klopp has another thing going for him though, he not only makes good signings but he produces some of the very best players.Just look at his work at Dortmund and the players that came from their youth system, we will be seeing this soon at Liverpool too, young quality players coming through.

Didn’t Klopp sign Caulker and play him at striker?

I still can’t believe Everton didn’t get a penalty for that handball.

Yeah. Klopp doesn't always get them right imo.

People could point to Keita & Taki for example and say those signings haven't exactly worked out though they haven't been outright failures either.

However, he and the Liverpool transfer team generally do get it right that must be said.

Corruption in the sport.

If that person on VAR doesn't get a multigame holiday because of it, then what's the point of playing.

Huge bearings on the title race, and potentially on Everton avoiding the drop. Shocking, shocking decision.

Caulker was on loan for only a few months and only played 3 games. He was always a backup option. He played striker in 1 game off the bench when we were losing and just chasing a goal.
