I’d say it’s the talk from tigers today about clearly being after cotric and the fact we sign a average reserve grade half when we finally have a semi decent squad for 22. Good backline we haven’t had in a decade basically with dufty Jac naden schooup and cotric.

Naden - centre or wing lock.

Cotric - beast.

Next up? Burns, Allen, Okon, Alomiti while we all want probably won’t be regularly for another season at best.

Burns has been injured more than Foran. Good player but big concern. Allen? I don’t know maybe can find the qld form but that was fullback. Centre? Wing? Not in cotrics galaxy. Not even naden in my eyes. Okon? Maybe if he got some consistency.

I don’t like it but I understand it for 23! If we are going to get kikau or Mahoney for 22 I’ll understand it. I would be for it for 22 as Mahoney is vital to squad.

Kikau id accept as if nothing else a pack of tpj kikau Thompson hetho jacko Vaughan excites me to see some big mean ***** have a go haha and even us blokes could probably finish some overlaps these blokes would create.

People saying clubs would low ball us for cotric for 23? I don’t see it. Cotric won’t be taking much less than he’s on. Maybe 100/150k? He would be on his last year and want a future contract locked up. No doubt he would attract 500k from someone and if not multiple clubs.

I also think dolphins will be keen as mustard for Allen. Wayne has a history with Allen from broncos, bunnies, qld…
