props are overrated the old regime bought too many forwards and we couldnt score any points bring in storm dummy half
The traditional props are like dinosaurs....EXTINCT!

These days you basically need 4 2nd rowers with size, speed and footwork.

Don’t tigers have a gun hooker? You want thommo then send us your hooker. Or wait until he is off contract. If storm can do it we should grow some balls.

Like others have mentioned You move every other player besides burton before thommo. Heck even move cotric if you can.

I personally wouldn’t want him gone. Yes he hasn’t really shown us his full potential (was underdone last season and suspended for almost 1/3 of it this season). With a better half, a better fullback (duftys defence and ability to defuse kicks can be questioned, but his ball playing can not). With better forwards you should see thompson lift.

If we can start running some decoys so he isn’t lined up by 4 players that will only help not only our team but his individual performance.

People pay attention, if Thompson goes it’s cause he wanted to go.
We have him for 2 more years but if he wants to go then let it be.
Why keep someone that doesn’t want to be here?
Because as a club we need to Fukien stand for something...we need to send a message that a contract is a contract and a player needs to honour their contract....we have become a circus when it comes to releasing players before their contract is up

Problem is contracts mean absolutely nothing these days.

We are cloning Brian, it’s nearly ready. Just got to find our own Arab oil Sheik with a few spare bill…
Are you talking about Notts County or Nottingham Forest?

Because Notts is County not forest. Forest is forest

This club is too fucking dumb to do that. We let good players go for nothing just because they ask and we want to be "the family club". We also apparently voluntarily upgrade contracts of 20 year olds who've yet to pull on the jersey. I swear there's a gas leak at Belmore.

- Players on marquee money outside of the spine.
- "Wants to hear a player say they want to be at the club." Those players get "looked after" better then those who go to market.
- He becomes "disinterested" with players who contemplate leaving.
- Successful clubs keep playing groups together.
- He never loses a player he wants to keep.
- Players have never gone and offered themselves around at clubs he's been involved at due in part to the culture.

Click on your profile and it's under signature.

PS love him or hate him Gus knows his league.

I've met him on many occasions through work and he is an encyclopedia of league.
Damn its saying signatures are turned off on this forum?

I doubt there is anyone involved in league with more knowledge then him
