Any team is going to struggle to get their attack going when the ref isn't getting the other team to clear the ruck in a timely manner. That 6 again after tigers dropped the ball on their line was especially rubbish. There were tigers not on side yet the ref allowed the tackler to wrestle for a good 5 seconds.
