Take pressure off Barrett with media
Can identify junior talent (poach from west Sydney area panthers juniors)
As said before positive press with channel 9
Will attract support staff to help coaches

Will possibly be too ‘hands on’ with Barrett coaching (why Cleary didn’t want Gus at Penrith when he got the job)
I believe he apparently holds grudges he may just want to control the dogs to get back at Moore/Anderson families (this is stuff I’ve heard in the past hopefully I’m wrong)
If we don’t get results and Gould’s plans don’t work he will get rid of everyone that doesn’t support him
Could have conflict with board (more board issues and changes possibly

All in all I just want the dogs to be a premiership force (ultimately winning premierships!)
