They should just tell the players they don’t want. Might put a rocket up their asses and make them play better so they score contract somewhere else. Been going on for way to long now.
I have a feeling they know - and it is reflected in their lack of enthusiasm on the field. You'd think they'd want to impress for potential signings, but I guess no-one wants Bulldog rejects.

Yup, and sometimes the need to earn a new contract fires blokes up, but sometimes it has the opposite effect, blokes start falling out of love with the sport, start thinking they'd be better off doing something else.
