Anyway I’m the opposite..for me in my working experience..men have been in more authoritative positions than women..and that’s in the Teaching game..not a place of any substantial physical exertion..if I go by your comment..if it was indeed your intention..about trade work..being ‘seen’ as more a dominion of men due to its physical nature..than in a less physical job..by definition..there should be more women in authority.. Ummm Nup..and considering there were more female then male teachers on staff to choose from..you’d think it’d be the other way..
