give an example of when our half/s have played us into a winning position in the last 10 weeks, then compare them to DCE,Hunt,Cronk,Thurston,Soward,Pearce,Sandow etc , then stop crying. Is it just me or is anyone else getting really over these forums ? Seriously use all claim to be die hard doggies fans then just bag the **** out of every single person involved in our club. 6 months ago everyone was ready to lick hokko and Reynolds feet now they shouldn't be the team ? Seriously get over yourselves and support our boys ! #dogforlife

Soward has been the buy of the year imo. I still hate him but he has been awsome.give an example of when our half/s have played us into a winning position in the last 10 weeks, then compare them to DCE,Hunt,Cronk,Thurston,Soward,Pearce,Sandow etc , then stop crying.
Soward has been amazing this season. Best player of a very surprising penrith side. Especially with all the injuries.Soward has been the buy of the year imo. I still hate him but he has been awsome.

I called this at the start of the year due to having no speed, I remember saying this reminded me of the 2008-2010 teams where we could never finish off a line break as we always got chased down. I cant find the post I made however.Morris has seen plenty of space this year when he has been on the park. Carved up early in the year and has been missing since his first origin selection. Add Hayne to the team and we instantly become contenders. A new half won't do that.
We actually make more line breaks than most teams, our halves have more line break assists but very few try assists. This stat proves they can put players into space but the players can't finish.
All I can think of is carrot top on south park doing his Robert De Niro impression "hey use ..... hey use guys "Yeah use, use guys should fire up.

Hope Des doesn't read this thread, so many experts lol how depressing, maybe we should throw in the towel lolWe just need better backs which we have got for next year wish we got them this year but oh well and we should be getting a specialised fullback, all problems will be solved. I think the club has taken a lot longer than first thought to get over the departure of Ben barba

Im sorry... Everything about our team is perfect. JR and Hodko should be the starting halves for the Australian team and Ennis should be the hooker. Tolman, TRex, Klemmer, Jackson and Finucane should all be the forwards as well. Oh and Burr too, who is the best player in the history of rugby league. Oh and JMoz, Brown and Thompson should be in the Backline. MBye is really super amazing to. He should play fullback for Australia because like he just can play that position. He just can. At no point do we need to improve our side and as fans we should never discuss amongst ourselves what improvements should be made.Hope Des doesn't read this thread, so many experts lol how depressing, maybe we should throw in the towel lol

Good Grief, what are you on about?? I am not a serious or sensitive, I just would like to see some constructive criticism!! why don't you go back to school and learn some grammar, in the mean time stick to one liners for everyones sake.Im sorry... seriously... We are just fans having a discussion. When did sports become so serious and some fans become so sensitive.
our lower grade is beyond sht lolBest coach
Best facilities
We need to work on our lower grades if we are to keep up with the top teams other wise we will just be a mid table team for a while
Just the confident booster I needed before heading Into the final series ....fck me!CANTERBURY BULLDOGS
They are a team that has struggled all year to cross the stripe.
Despite sitting seventh, Canterbury have scored fewer tries than all but Gold Coast, Wests Tigers and Cronulla. Worse, from inside their own half they have scored just four — the worst of any NRL team. This is a complete turnaround from 2011-2012 when they led all teams for tries inside their own half, mainly due to the support and scintillating form of Ben Barba.
Privately rival players & coaches have conceded that the main strategy when playing the Bulldogs is limitiing their forwards rolling up the field, as stats show the side struggles to create try scoring opportunites through their spine and backline - with Tim Lafai who is all step, shimmy and swerve emerging as the unlikely danger man.
Perhaps because of a slowish backline, Canterbury rely heavily on getting inside the rival red zone for points, with 82 per cent of their tries coming from plays inside the opposition 20m line.
