I've seen heaps of fatherly posts over the years but it's only just occurred to me there's no thread for us all.

Time for us to gather round with a beverage of choice and share campfire stories.
(Mum's welcome too ... I just assume 90% of the content would be from Dad's)

Parts I love how the boys stick together and step up to help look after their little sister, how they are not greedy and don't ask for everything they see on TV. They are dogs supporters.

1 boy - Valentino (after Rossi) 19months.
He's a little champion. Was sleeping through the night at 8 weeks !
Gives us no trouble and loves the bulldogs, the iPad and stacking the dishwasher !
Conceived via IVF. Not the most enjoyable to have a kid, but we wouldn't have him without it.

Congrats Bad Billy. A mate of mine had to also have his 2 kids via IVF. Sounded pretty bad for him with the way it had to be done, but as you said the result is what matters.

She is the most optimistic person I know. On the occasion she doesn't get something she wants (I'm trying hard not to spoil her), she tries to put on a big sulk, which usually lasts about 5 minutes before she's singing/dancing/playing again, happy as can be. She simply can't help herself.
She is scary smart, which is good of course, but combine that with her optimism and she can get herself into trouble fast without recognising the danger signs. This is what keeps me up at night.
Do it, but have a good and decent woman next to you to do it with. No way I could manage without the lass I am fortunate to be married to.
