He was fine - no need to risk him and it was worth giving Benny Roberts well earned game time.

Trainer would have told him to come off injured.

As he was "injured" as a result of another teams player and the player penalised, it was a free interchange to get Roberts on

I think cause it was so tight in the end. We didnt really need more points. More so defense orientated. So he was better of staying off. He might have come on with 10 to go but that wasnt the time to send him on. Especially with the dewy/wet conditions.

It's funny, you can get sin binned for slapping a guy on the back (Steve Matai), but you remain on the field for trying to twist a guy's neck off. Typical NRL...
