QUEENSLAND Rugby League Chairman, John McDonald AM, today announced the XXXX Maroons team for the opening game of the State of Origin series.



The following players have been selected to represent Queensland in Game 1 of the Harvey Norman State of Origin Series at Etihad Stadium, Melbourne, on June 3.

Champion team always beats a team of champions I'd much rather have only one player in origin and be dominating the comp compared to having a whole bunch of individuals in origin and being further down the ladder
