the bulldogs problems are "fixable". We make the finals every year, 2 grand finals since Des Hasler joined the club. Its just that extra 5%-10% to get us over the line.
Im sure Des Hasler can find that, he is capable of a fresh approach, penrith/canberra went from nowhere to being serious contenders, overnight.
Hasler should stay but lets insert the performance conditions as we are paying top dollar for him so we expect a return too. Of course there needs to be a few variables, etc if we are smashed by injurys etc then no team can make the top 4.
Lets shake hands and get to work.
If Des Hasler goes tomorrow, its truely a case of throwing the baby out with the bathwater. By the same Reasoning, Craig Bellamy would be on the nose after losing that 2016 grand final.
