What position will Connor Tracey be playing next year

Centre, that's his best position and I'm sure Gould and Ciraldo will see that in the pre season.

I’ll go fullback. Played well there for the Sharks when Will Kennedy was injured. I’d prefer to see Critta stay in the centres. Tracey and Taffe to duke it out for fullback unless Taffe is keen on the halves again and depending on how Sexton goes in pre-season. Either way it’s great to have depth and options - something we’ve sorely lacked in recent years.

Gould has said a few times that critta didn't stipulate a position in negotiations. I'm sure he would make a good fullback in time, but he also provides an instant solution to a leaky edge defence, they would have to be tempted to use him at centre

He’s gonna start at centre, weather he finishes there depends on xerri and Critta.

I was keen to see Critta get a crack at fullback but Tracey blitzed it there for the sharks. I think Tracey 1 and Critter 3 is a stronger team option. Taafe to focus on 7. Sexton doesn’t pose the speed and running threat that Taafe does.

That would be the safest starting lineup but Pre season n trials will no doubt change that.

Taffe at halfback is what I want to see. Halves need to be a running threat and he definitely is. Sexton is also handy running the ball so may the best one win.

I don’t feel any of these blokes know what position they’ll play, gut tells me CC has said all positions are up for grabs and they’ll go to whoever wants them the most ..

I doubt Tracey's in our top 13 once Xerri finds his feet. He could start the season at centre, depending on how Ciro wants to use Kiraz and Wilson. He's a good backup for all backline positions though, and fast, so he's still a great buy IMO. Buying him makes me think Taafe's being looked at more as a half if Sexton doesn't work.

He said that but there has been a big push for defensive starch in our backline since so I think they will renwg on that and he will wear the number 3 jumper
