Warriors sign another bronco - FFS!

The Warriors continue to plunder the Broncos' top young talent with the signing of highly promising 20-year-old Joel Moon for next season, just a couple of weeks after snaring winger Denan Kemp.

Moon has been playing mainly in the centres but sees his future in the halves.

He scored a try for the Broncos last night in the win over the Tigers, having stepped into the halfback role.

There is talk Moon was the target of a number of clubs including St George-Illawarra, where Brisbane coach Wayne Bennett will be next year.

Broncos must be signing Te'o, but thats still alot of talent lost

yeah Ben Te'o is expected to sign with the broncos anytime soon . losing so much young talent for 2-3 signings.

No.

He has an option for next year, which isn't being taken up.

I think it was in the Broncos favour.

Boyd's taken up an option for next year with the Broncos, but they have told him they will allow him to leave if he finds a better offer.

Looks like he is Dragon bound.

Most of the best Kiwis are usually in Australia at a young age or playing with Aussie NRL teams as they are snagged up by them.

Thats true...and it just shows something is very wrong with the Warriors junior development and talent scouting.

In the past the Broncos have ALWAYS surprised when it looks like they are on a downside and are having to rebuild. I think its going to be a big test however when Bennett leaves.


I look at the Broncos and see the major effects of the low salary cao really hurting them more than anyone else. Still, they cant complain after signing Folau.

Yeah it will be interesting to see how the post-WB era pans out. What shouldn't be underestimated is the quality of the young talent coming through the ranks.
