An arrest warrant has been issued for embattled coal mogul Nathan Tinkler after he failed to appear in an Adelaide court.Tinkler was due to be examined in the South Australian Supreme Court on Monday about his liquidated thoroughbred stud business, Patinack Farm. When he failed to appear, Judge Stephen Roder issued an arrest warrant for the businessman.

Only one problem... is there a prison cell large enough to house the guy or do we have to build an entirely new prison for him?

Maybe just cage over an exhausted Iron Ore mine or something,... might be easier.

He is leaving a trail of destruction behind him and surely pissing someone off. Some one will shoot him in the face one day

He's a failed businessman these days, but this is a media beat up..

The courts issue thousands of arrest warrants for people that don't attend hearings every day.

Usually the hearings are adjourned and there was no reason to attend anyway.
