1. the most boring football style in the club's history.
2. the decline in genuinely supper talented young players.
3. the Very average on field performances in all grades.
4. the botched up contracts, releasing or signing the wrong players.
5. the over blown budget without any on field positive results.
In my opinion Turvey did not speak the truth out of order.
But Des has to answer for all the above.
Yet through all the dramas and after it, Des has never given us assurance about nothing.
For all the Turvey knockers (still), wake up and smell the roses

You seem to have forgotten the most important issue here.
We were desperate for a good coach and the only way Des would come was to give him full control of football maters, the extreme majority of the fans celebrated.
Like a dictator he became he sacked all that he didn't want replacing them with his own Manly friends.
the board is to blame for that.
For me it's
1 Des
2 Des ( in control ) and his friend Cleal. Realene wasn't even at the club then.
3 Des ( in control ) and his friends, too many to name.
4 Des ( in full control )
5 Des's full control made him out of control by the CEO and the board of directors
Realene is a very intelligent business woman but needs great help with football management.
Your reply supports my opinion indicating that Turvey is blameless of the above. why attack him?
My respect for Des has been there since his playing days at Penrith. and my support since 2012. but I will never let that cloud my judgement NEVER.
