Not many of those players left? Patolo, burton
Patolo didn't play. Burton did.
Also...
Perham (now in reserve grade - should be RMC)
Kiraz & Addo-Carr from the backline.
King, Preston, Edwards & Sutton (all currently injured)
Morrin (currently suspended, but probably back)
Mahoney

That's ten from our current squad and probably seven from our "likely to play, if available".
Plenty enough to want to get some revenge.

I was actually confusing myself with the game the year before against manly (maybe even two years before?) They got flogged and it was patolos debut

For sure. The guys on the injury list will be in the sheds geeing them up for that 66-0 scoreline and Critta will have some words on it ;)

Someone suggested big posters on the wall with the old scoreline. Hope they do that....maybe even a little Gus motivational speech lol

Its good that they look shattered weve come a long way from having players like lachlan lewis/foran walking around looking happy af after a loss. Also the big miss that lead to hughes busting our line was jake turpin, Salmon had made a tackle on paps 1 tackle earlier then tried to make the cover tackle on hughes got back to the line but needed help from kautoga who just stood there and watched lmao bloke played 7 mins was fresh and just watched.. Salmon should have never been isolated in that spot.
That’s all on Ciro… you don’t play a kid that young with the game on the line in the middle. Anyway live and learn…. We really need that win next week

Really? You’re going to be critical of goals missed from the sideline on the worst side for a lefty? Seriously…
Only critical from the loss haha, I was hoping Critta would get a shot at goal kicking as he kicks at around 80%+\

I didn't like the soft tries and silly mistakes we let in too

It’s been long road but Ciro knows what he’s doing.
Overall he has his plan in place and it is working at this time. Still a ways to go with selections, bench minutes etc IMO but done a great job so far.

His first tasks were to action stability and defence while building a capable attack. Stability means completion of sets and we are getting there even with Hutch denying sexier attacking options. Our distribution to edges is improving we have 20 odd rounds left and we should improve.

Yes we will def improve and have a successful pathway now.
We aren't there yet but little problems we have now will be ironed out. There's no need to feel depressed or crestfallen about our team any longer.

Burto can’t kick left to right, he prefers right to left….personally, Critta is a better goal kicker
Do we know if Burton is practising with Hazem? Seems really strange for a goal kicker to kick so straight.. can't help but think a change in technique might help because he's kicking at 61.9% this season.

Like to see % of where most of his kicks have been taken from. He was kicking so well later half of last year. We do seem to score most tries out wide?

Yeah I think most of our tries are on the edges. Hopefully they'll get him doing extras on his left to right.. I'm under no illusion it's not hard, but if he can get his percentage up from that side it will be the difference between winning and losing at times.

Just wish we had our forwards run at the middle of the park harder to score tries as we seem o give up alot of tries up the middle especially on our own goal line, we also are making too much mistakes to win games easily

A shitload of energy was burnt in the first half defending, Then we had a forward get binned theres noway you dont use a fresh forward in the back end.

Sam Hughes coming back after a 10min break IS a fresh forward.
