This administration has a lot to answer to! We the fans deserve better than what's been dished out for the past 5 weeks!

Yes we don't have the players that other teams have, but this club was never successful because we had the best roster in the comp, it was built on passion, commitment and pride in the jersey, none of these were on show tonight! What was on show was how much we're lacking in those departments. Canberra are in a similar position as us, yet tonight they beat us in all of those categories, which included losing players throughout the game and making their final interchange with 20 minutes to go!

Mental and psychological challenges were never an issue at this club, and I mean NEVER!!! Come 2018, and these are the primary factors we are lacking! Reading posts such as, "not even Bellamy or Bennett would be able to save this team", which I agree with, but do you think the players would be having issues turning up with the right attitude if they were coached by Bellamy or Bennett?? I think not!

We have all these motivational posters around the club that were developed to boost the players mentally, motivate them, show them the proud history that the bulldogs have achieved, a daily reminder, obviously it's not working! What we're suffering doesn't just relate or is limited to the players only, this is an organisational issue that stems from the top down!

Steve Mortimer is the Bulldogs, and whilst he is still around he needs to be involved within the club in high capacity role! The current administration needs to get off their high horse, apologies to the greatest bulldog ever born, and bring him to where he belongs, to help fix what has the potential to be the beginning of the bulldogs worst era of the 21st century!

The board shouldn't be interfering with football operations, their role is to support the coaching staff and senior management and make personnel changes if they need to.

So bullfrog never interfered with the football operations, or Nick Politis never interferes with football operations?

So firstly you obviously have no idea what you're talking about regarding the board, Steve is on the football club board but was not nominated as a football club appointee to the leagues club board, secondly does Politis coach the team, does he give the motivational speeches? His job is to look after the commercial side of things and hire the best people.

No, but Politis provides the foundations required for the coach, and gives him the best possible roster to work with! So you think uncle Nick has nothing to do with recruitment??

You realise the season has started right and the new board were voted in after the squad was finalised right?
What are they suppose to do at this point in time?

I understand they can't do anything recruitment wise, I just think with their experience, there should be other ways to help Pay!

That wouldn't be helping that would be undermining. Mortimer hasn't played in 30 years and has never coached at a high level, Price hasn't coached at a high level, Anderson hasn't coached in over a decade, Dunn hasn't coached at a high level either. The board's job is to help Andrew Hill ensure Pay has all the resources he needs to do his job not tell Pay how to coach
