Resign = quit.
Re-sign = extend the contract.

No doubt they'll look at extending King for a few more seasons soon. With his recent wedding I'm sure he's going through some life adjustment. So it might not be his highest priority right now. But he seems pretty happy here and he's expressed gratitude for the opportunity we gave him. He'd missed the 21 season with an Achilles injury and we took a bit of a gamble in giving him a shot here at that stage. But he's proved to be a great acquisition.
