What other team expects a loss to the Dragqueens except us?

I think a lot of you are being extremely harsh. Look at the players you are missing. If Canterbury are at full strength they beat Cronulla, the same side that easily beat Trent Robinson’s all star lineup.

Instead of being proud of the team we are unfairly judging them, we have major injuries problems and no halfback, Burton is far from being the solution, also Perham is yet to convince at fullback.
Today's loss was the result of mistakes and missed tackles not lack of effort.

It's depressing...because by default we thought we would be better positioned in both areas this year.

Still feel we are better then what the stat's show though, maybe my glass of whisky remains half full....Something needs to click on field though, just fucking run it straight and hard before shifting the ball out wide...keep it simple fellas!

Effort was there but dumb errors from Sutton and Mahoney at critical times of the match cost us.

You can’t blame injuries for ill discipline.

Yes we played surprisingly well but it’s still not good enough.

I thought Burton and Pangai again stepped up.

We were never in premiership contention this year, it’s a building block. We are building for the future.

The start after half time was abysmal, which was disappointing. Well in the game at that point. The pure cold dropsies was the most frustrating thing for me today.

Seriously what do people expect we should be proud of the boys yeah, we lost what do expect with our team missing most of our 1st grade team I'm just happy that we didn't get flogged we even could've won the game had they had better discipline. If we had a full team, we would have flogged them today and last week. We will be luck too win a game without most of the boys back.

I’m mixed on the performance tbh. On one hand, we were closer than I expected and didn’t let the Sharks kick away. On the other though, our defensive resilience is terrible. Sharks looked like scoring any time they went to the edges.
A lot of that is obviously down to a lack of combinations due to injuries but regardless of circumstances that’s the third game in a row weve conceded 13+. CC supposed to be a defensive minded coach but I’m honestly not seeing much of an improvement in terms of structure here.
For and against will make a massive difference end of season and ours is already shot. Next few games will tell the tale of our season and whether it’s the same old.
