Genuinely some others tough to miss out, all played well today, shout out to Tracey, Curran, Critta and King also, brilliant. Burto also played that left edge much better today , kicked well and good to see him using both sides of the field in attack!

Reed doesn't get a point for mine because of his first 30 which was flawed and had some bad errors.. Had an immense final 50 though and was his best game in our colors easily imo. That's all we ask of him, make the right decisions, run direct, clean crisp service to the spine.

Our first half was built off Hutch solely in the spine. The other three were passengers but Hutch kept us in the game. Thats the truth

King was excellent as well.

Burton, Taffe, Hutch were very ordinary.

What about when Tracey spilled a bomb in our in goal and Taffe scooped it up, danced around a couple of defenders and made it back to the field of play? Or when he backed up the middle and scored a nice try of Mahoney's break? Or when he was within an inch of scoring a try off Wilson's kick?
People love to bag Taffe, but he was pretty good today.

1 - Preston: for his half time interview on Fox. Worth watching if anyone missed and has it recorded. Great defense in the face of probing questions and his fear of public speaking. And timed his escape perfectly when he heard the words 'thanks Jacob'.
