Round 20 last year v Cowboys - everything changed

I cant help but look back at this game. Prior to this game, i believe we were 4th. I remember it was a Thursday night game and Hasler said the team went away together for a week in North Queensland as a get away.

That night we got our asses handed to us. Since that night, we have never been the same, especially offensively. Something changed.

Prior to that, we were ok to pretty good. Again, i believe we were 4th and in good shape. After that, we have NEVER been the same. It was like the soul was sucked out of the team.

Anyone remembering this?

What happened that night/week, because we have never been the same.

The players didn't respond well
I have though this many times
Prior to that game we were a good but not great team
Since then we have been average to shit team

I mean 2015 and 2016 weren't great years but not abysmal like now

It was not THAT game.

We were dead set average before that. We beat easy beats.

We STRUGGLED against the Dragons who were having an absolutely shit season.

The draw we had prior to the cowboys made us look better than what we were (on the table and on the field).

Yeah we have been crap for way longer than that! IMO the 2013 off-season when the Rat fuked everything was the point we have gone down hill from and never recovered.

I was at the dragons game last year where we won 13 to 10. I remember walking away feeling like we had just lost the game and thinking how far this club was going backwards. The dogs offered nothing in their attack and this was against a very average dragons team.
