Our defence has been desperate and committed. But our coaching staff are fucked in the head. We don’t have the size and strength in the middle so we should be kicking early, deep and long into the corners and making the big blokes work out of their own 20.. We should be playing a way to suit our players.

We have one of the biggest boots in the game in Burton and yet he is clearly being told to fucking bomb every time. Taffe is a poor Meaney, Kiraz is still injured and JAC is a passenger.

We let in two tries in 30 degree heat, with half the possession of the opposition, after making 6 errors. Last year we’d have been 30-0 down at half time, not 14-0. Attack is always going to struggle with no possession and our best attacking player with one arm hanging. We are a long way off perfect but we are also a long way off last year.
