Eye test, stats won't reflect what I want to see. For example with his kicking game I want to see much better kick selection and execution. Last season he just tried to kick the ball as hard as he could with zero thought put into it and it absolutely killed us. Teams were starting sets far to high up the field and away from the sideline.
