He's actually ridiculous. Runs as good as any outside back yet can ball play as well as any halfback.

Won't matter. The Suttons are absolutely untouchable and the darlings of the league. Can't say boo about them as all it brings is a fine and a backup from the ref's boss. The NRL wants you to contact them to register approval/ disapproval about things but how much of the negative they take on board is anyone's guess.


Get a load of this. My daughter sent an email to the NRL in relation to referees and the officiating. They even have incident numbers for incorrect officiating complaints. I have blanked out the incident number and her name but the following is the reply and her original email......She is only just a teenager and even she sees the game and its officials for what it is.....Two weeks for the reply to come to her.......They even ask what club you support.....

Thanks for your email.

There are always going to be subjective calls that are made in Rugby League but be assured referees make them on the basis of the facts as they see them not on the basis of who the team is. You are perfectly entitled to disagree with certain refereeing decisions but it is wrong to suggest that their decisions would be influenced by any consideration other than what they thought was the appropriate ruling at the time.

The reality is that refereeing is one of those areas that is never going to be completely free of controversy and debate.

That said, we will continue to monitor the feedback from clubs, players and fans to ensure we can continue to improve the standard of officiating in Rugby League.

As an NRL fan I am 100% disgusted to be watching this game at this present moment. It is blatantly clear that your referees know who they want to win and don’t judge the game fairly. Your officials are biased and you need to do something about it before you lose all NRL fans.
