Developing a player from juniors/reserves into first grade and managing the personality of a developed player are 2 different things. NAS doesn’t need any development, sounds like he needs an attitude shift

It is entirely possible that NAS's current attitude is being caused due to his treatment by Melbourne, after all he has never had a reported attitude problem before. Remove the cause and his attitude will revert to standard.
