I need your help with a name or recipe for the following.

Its this black (i think) stuff with sesame (i think) seeds and oil that is put on Leb bread and rolled up tightly to eat. i remember the lebs at school ate this stuff when i was a young fella.

Anyhoo, hook me up with the name and/or recipe.

They also put zahtar on monoosh (lebo pizza)

1/4 cup sumac
2 tablespoons thyme
1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoons marjoram
2 tablespoons oregano
1 teaspoon coarse salt
