They play those positions in there school team aswell. Woods imo from the games I’ve seen does really well playing out the back with his speed and passing game. Leaving first receiver to conti but can fill in when needed

Jake Clifford still has a high ceiling though. Mental struggles and other factors impacted him. Hopefully being back home helps him.

The more of these clips I see the more I think two things

1. Tahs spewing they have probably lost both Conti and Woods for good
2. Woods might be our longer term 1 and Conti or KO might be the 6 feeding him

No he doesn't, he was never a HB and never should have been played as one.

No, johns made that statement just prior to Jake signing. He stated that clifford would be a "Headliner" with the right coaching, Unfortunately for him and the knights none of them realized Jake was Grandfathered into the NRL .

It’s actually easier to sign them now imo. The biggest challenge is getting them signed up again, there next contract. When either nrl ready, or starting to dominate. That’s wen the fish start circling

Sounds like you weren’t old enough to appreciate its real attraction, when I was last at Nobby’s Beach there were white pointers everywhere, and we’re talking 9’s & 10’s … I loved Nobby’s, stayed all day ..

He is a 7 in league not that he cant play 1 or 6
Was a standout in matts this year at 7
From what i have seen thats his best position atm
