Our once mighty club is now a fucking joke.

He has also never played in a dominating team. Always behind a pack that plays the ball slowly and gets rolled by small boys
Yep forwards that can't even dominate Luke Brooks with numbers in the tackle.... still can't believe they let that little prick offload

He didn't miss a kick, that's about it.

Oh and assisted his new team too
I’m still absolutely filthy he bombed a try with line open, his best attribute (speed) yet he made Hoppa look like Jimmy the Jet

Sunday was the perfect oportunity for him to stand out and get involved .. Tigers were average, hes our highest paid player and did nothing..

A reflection of his whole time with us, no MOM efforts, we cant justify the 800K+ his on.. all potential no substance

When you are a teenager and get gifted a huge money contract long term the desire to work your ass off goes by the wayside. I expect very little of him for the rest of his time at the club and for the first three years of his time at the tigers I expect they'll learn to look at him and ask the question, why are we paying him big money when he doesn't really try at all. He's intelligent enough to know that he gets paid the same money regardless of if he just shows up and does the job or if he gets emotionally invested and tries to earn the respect of others through being the best he can be.

Some people may still be impressed with him, but we've found the best position we can put him in when we secured him a seat on the train to campbeltown to take up a role with the tigers.

Even Ben Roberts had the odd outstanding game in him, right around contract time lol
Ben Roberts ALMOST scored more try’s than anyone.

The amount of times he was in for all money and got stopped a millimeter short or made an error.

On a personal level Mbye is fuckwit. What kind of human accepts overs when offered and then leaves. Should be executed. Only egotistical fucklords can string more than 3 sentences together.

Exactly! What kind of human puts in a good effort in one game which effectively took Hodkos place, is then offered a 650k contract with the dogs and then in the same week starts prostituting himself around to the other clubs for more money?

He did plenty

1. Shit positioning
2. Weak kick return
3. No desperation to dive on loose ball 2 mins left
4. Couldn’t score a try with line open (fat ass centre caught him )
Sounds like an inexperienced FB.

Let’s not exaggerate Ben Roberts had one good game against the Broncos and has gone missing ever since

How many times has Mbye put in a MOM effort since making his debut in 2015?

Hes played in the halves , hooker , centre & fullback in the 3.5 years in FG

Hes capable of great plays & moments during a game but the issue I have with him is until now hes not involved enough throughout a full game as he should be. And thats been throughout his whole FG career. He has never put his stamp on any one game.

For a player that now gets 800K plus his impact on a game is not enough.

Hes shown us moments of brilliance, and hes definately capable of it but for whatever reason hes never really stood out in any one game hes played with a MOM performance.

If hes compared to other really good fullbacks Or spine players hes impact on a game or his consistency for 80mins is not enough to justify the money hes on.

For the positions he plays in our spine, he cant point to the teammates being an excuse. Good/great players shine through whatever team they play in, and it can be easier to stand out in a weaker team before people use our team being poor the last few years as an excuse.
