Finally a coach that isn't soft and drives standards. He'll have no bias or preference with selections like Shitler did.

He has to be better than Fittler. State coach doesnt have to teach the players how to play. They only have to play the right players in the right positions, and use the bench properly. Thats about it. Fittler liked playing favourites of his in the team out of position to get them in the side, when there were specialists in those positions available who would have been better. He also used the bench horribly.
