Also that there is 3 clubs in the ESL Chasing the services of Justin Holbrook and surprisingly one of those clubs is Warrington wolfs even with the strong start of the wolfs under Daryl Powell.


Oh also forgot to mention that May has reportedly signed a 3 year deal with the dogs.

Yeah he's been a disappointing signing. I think even Thompson would admit that. I hope he can do well in the ESL and stay healthy..

It should free up 700k or so. Maybe most of that was used to sign Crichton as like you said, Gus knew Thompson was never being re-signed but either way we should still have plenty of cap space. The only problem is there are very few options worth signing on the market. We need someone to break their contract.

Looks like a settling move instead of a smashing it out of the park move. If he is for a smaller contract not a bad pick up because can cover a few positions off the bench. But anything over a few 100k and I’d cringe.

Thats exactly how I feel.. Might solve our attacking issue at lock but I don't know how strong his defense is.
