I kind of do. The club/players have a bad culture when it comes to hard work and ethics. Results have shown that over many years and the rot has set in from top to bottom and recent rumblings regarding players not being happy with the new playing style and training methods (some in the leadership group) shows the unprofessionalism that has taken over the team and filtering down through the juniors, and that has to stop!

New personal replacing the old is the only way to recapture and build a new culture within the club so personally any new signing inparticular players that resemble good ethics is a good signing compared to what we currently have. Our results over the past 6+ years have proven the joint needs a shake up and that is exactly what is happening. We will almost be unrecognisable within the next 12 months and that means new beginnings and on the way up we go.
