The only time Klemmer brings his A game is Origin and Kangaroo games.

Watch the way he hits the line in these games and compare it to his soft runs for the club.

I called this out last year and got cussed out for it, only now are you guys seeing the light.

Bring back Shrek for a training session! This is what opposition feared!

The difference is that in the rep games he is usually coming off the bench when the sting is out of the attack. When he did that for us he was strong as well. Maybe it's time to throw Tolman into the starting lineup and bring Klemm on after 20. It would make sure we had punch up front for the whole game rather than just early. Only suggesting Tolman because he is pretty much the only prop playing for us at the moment. Tualau hasn't been doing much in the reggies.

He has definitely changed his technique for the worse.

He is not driving through and earning the hard extra metres anymore.

His previous technique of pivoting around and driving forward was much better. All he needed was to build his ability to offload and he would have been perfect

Opposition know that he will never offload or pass and just get three people in on him all the time, he never fights to free his arms for an offload and has been getting dominated by the defense, Woods going ok, the defense hangs off him because he has an offlaod, and are busy trying to contain his arms that he can make post contact metres. Klemmer is so one dimensional now

He's slimmed down quite a bit in the off season. Wondering if he's lost a bit of weight and therefore momentum. Used to hit the line like a madman. Now hits the line like a cloud.

May be hes just had better quality team mates in rep games. They probably can provide better service to him, take more energy/focus from the opps and inspire him more than his team mates at the dogs can.
