So they made decision to take pay cuts to possible contender for a Premiership.

They only made that decision when their offer to Canterbury as a 2 year package deal was declined by the club.
Make no mistake it was the club's decision to say no to Josh & Brett.
I would like to know who made that decision Pay or Anderson?

was intentionally done... club doesn't want to spend money yet. doing this makes it easier for them to blame the old board whilst still sitting on their hands waiting for the right personnel. not saying i agree or disagree with this method, but it seems the only logical reason as to why the 30 was filled so early, especially with the likes of Olive and Saddler.

The new board became accountable when they re signed pay so the ***** can’t blame the old board anymore
