Jackson will be a bargain for one more year when you include the veteran allowance.

Until a player emerges with a better defensive work rate (Max King is close) he is a valuable squad member.

60 mins - 40 tackles - no misses and 100m up the middle will complement the overall performance of our pack nicely

Dragons have rejected the 2nd release by Sullivan.
Latest is he won't turn up for pre season training and will force their hand to let him go.

Bulldogs offer is there but no signature till released.
Dragons don't want a swap.

Also Shane Flanagan is not involved in this at all.. it's the board. Flanagan is potentially joining Manly as Assistant Coach.

Could Be a blessing with Flanno Sr going to Manly…. They’ve just lost Foran & Walker who would cover the halves.
Maybe Flanno Jr might find a spot over there for depth??

I guess a line Gus could use is we have Sullivan for 2 years, then when both Sullivans and Hunts contracts will be up at the same time, then St George can bid for him fair and square.
Gus should be able to convince St George that it will be better for Sullivan's development if he plays in the N.R.L.

Or the dragons don’t release him. They can loan him to us for the remainder of his contract!

Manly have no 6. Soon they're going to be a finished club and were gonna rise to the top where we belong. Take Flanno and Seibold. Nice combo.
