Read it and weep all other NRL clubs and fans!!

Awesome job doggies and Bupa.

I hope we can keep Kasiano too but if not we have 3 awesome props locked in for several years. Fajita, Bupa and Klemmer (needs a nickname) and they all have much more stamina than Kas which equals higher value.

True but I wouldn't have him there for his utility value. We've got 4 props with 2 that can play long minutes. Chuck in a second rower like burr on the bench who is versatile which leaves us with the opportunity to have someone like mbye in the number 17 who covers the whole back line.
True aswell, I really like Eastwood and would want him as the starting lock interchanging with Dale but as you said the space isn't there to keep him and youngsters happy. Only thing our young guns can hope for is retirement, rep duties and injuries to the older blokes. Eastwood and Pritchard are the oldest starting blokes right?

It continues to "all come together"
Des is building something special
New nickname for Des - The Architect haha.

It's so good watching him assemble what should be a premiership winning team. I'm not sure about his supposed belief in Hodko but if Mbye can keep improving as he has done over the last 6 months, and we can find the right fb we will have the best chance at a trophy for a few years.

Eastwood had value though, he can play anywhere in the front row and 5/8 to a degree. He is a specialist forward utility like Greg Bird so I'd keep him.
Its not upto us to decide thats why des is there .anyways how long does he have left on his contract?

Dont think Kemmer will go. We signed him on a pretty big deal granted that he only played a couple of FG games.
He also has an internship as a horticulturist (cue Mean girls reference).

Dont think Des had plans to sign Fifita when he signed Klemmer, but I dont think Des will let Klemmer go.

I loved what Eastwood did for us in 2009. Broke the line at will and his offloads and footwork were killing other teams. But at the end of the day the game has really sped up and dale is quicker, does everything at 100% and is, dare I say, more reliable in defence.
Yeh mate Pritchard and Eastwood would be up there in terms of age but I think Eastwood is a bit younger than graham

No chance in hell we will let our best young prospect go. Haven't seen such a promising youngster in a long time. Guaranteed superstar

I agree!! Who lets a Australian Schoolboy, and NYC prop and player of the year plus the captain of the under-20's NSW state of origin team go? he signed for 3 years from last year.

Ridiculous to think Klemmer would be released!

As good as it is having all these excellent forwards, sadly it means some have to be let go.

Eastwood for me had an average 2013, but in his defence it was injury interrupted. He would t be very old either. Around 28 I'd guess.

Edit: I was close, Beastwood turned 27 almost a week ago!

Already signed a halfback the other day I reckon.

Mbye + Reynolds as halves.
Hodko and/or Lichaa at hooker.
Finucane at lock.

YES PLEASE :grinning:
Have you watched jaline graham play? I rate him better than hodko and will kill it at halfback with mbye at 5/8.i belueve reynolds will be interchanging at hooker with lichaa as his replacement.
This is the future ao i hope everyone gets used to it.
Btw eastwood is half the player he was since 09.That wrist injury set him back.

Moses and Grub are both pivots. Neither can control a game like Cherry Evans or Cronk do. Maybe Moses can get there but I doubt Grub ever will. Jawline Graham has the ability to lead a team, but may never be ready or talented enough to do so in first grade. Unfortunately Hodko is our best option at halfback.

After watching the Graham interview announcing his contract extension did anyone else get surprised when he spoke - I was expecting that "Run again Son" voice. I reckon he popular with the ladies with a charming voice like that! Love ya Bupa!

Reynolds doesn't have the defence to act as a hooker.

also his service from what i saw in origin was really slow. hes good when were on a roll and darts out of dummy half for a run but i dont think he can play hooker, yet.

Then what with reynolds cause our juniors look more promising than him in the halves!!
