iv jailbroken mine.

I only have a 3G, so multitasking and homw wallpaper are not available. But when you jailbreak it gives you the option to do this.

I also cannot live without springboard.

Not unless u have saved your shsh files on sauriks server....I had the jailbreak and updated to get the new software....now i cant rejailbreak it.....but there will be a new jailbreak out soon for the 4.0 os

Yes you can, and if you want to save money on Apps then sure, its worth it.

just download Limera1n at limera1n.com, backup your iphone, connect your iphone to the pc, double click the exe, and your done.

Oh, you will then need to open limerain, install cydia, then in cydia, get the appsync for your OS. Then add a new source, then get installous.

edit: after installous.. then you can get all the free apps you like!
