Isn’t Sutton gone? If not rather find two young fobbers who play front row in u16s than RFM and that head knock.

If SST works out I don't see him coming off the bench, we need his experience and size in the first 20 minutes.

He is older & injury prone. We should not be using him the first 20 minutes where he is more likely to get injured again. Also we need his experience more at the end of the half when the rest of our players are more tired.

Is he really injury prone?

Is 31 old for a prop, considering JWH is 34, so is JBromwich, KBromwich is 32, TBurgess is the same age as STT and so is JPapalii.

Regardless, what's the difference between being injured in the first 10 minutes of the 1st half or the last 10 minutes? Whoever subs for him will still have to play the same minutes. Plus it's not a forever choice, I'd start him for the first few games and see who it goes. Plus the coaching team who know far more than me and will see him every day will end up making the choice anyway.

He turns 32 before the season starts.

In the past 2 seasons he's played 28 out of a possible 54 games for the Roosters & Dragons. That means he's only played in 51.9% of games.

This is what I have for our top 30 for 2024 to date. This assumes that the Mann, SST, Hutchinson, Turpin and Poasa signings are legit.

To me this shows why some signings have not been officially announced. We need to potentially move some players on/pay them off in order to free up space in our top 35 (top 30 plus 4 development contracts). In this list there are a number of the JF players that need to be upgraded to keep and there are a number of other players that are very unlikely to play NRL for us next year. So it will be interesting to see what happens.

Wilson will be a gun for us next year. I’m tipping big things from him over the next two years.

I would like to see him at fullback and Taffe at 7.

1. Wilson
2.Kiraz
3. Xerri
4. Crit
5. JAC
6. Burton
7. Taffe

This won’t happen but I would like to see it.

Just over 6ft and 108kg, he’s actually not that big mate.

But I agree, he should be starting if anything.
