He could easily play backrow. Strong ball runner, can offload, handy foot work and can break a tackle. Sione made the move to the backrow this season like i thought he should and it turned out to be a very good move, Hoppa is a similar sort of player.

Best to not re-sign him, you can't afford part time players in a full time professional game. Any player who prefers to let his team mates down in order to follow his religious beliefs should find another sport or just be a full time preacher.

His front on defence is fine, he usually only ever gets caught out because of his pace at fb. Defensively he is fine at centre so it isn't unrealistic to think he could defend in the backrow.

We need to play him some where as we have to make the most out of this fucked squad Des has created.
