I would like to see how a side Pay built himself went too before i judged him too harshly. And it may take time for him to achieve that thanks to Des.

Des took over a team that was built by someone else, and made the team worse the more he "built it" his way. Our best year under Des was his first one. If Pay starts to build it his way and we get better each year, hes a good coach. Even if we go shit this year. Its year 1 and Des' team currently.
