Maybe but I just see him as rather no frills. Making less than 100m a game as a forward is much of what we already have.

Ideally we need a link man at lock to punch it up field, with an offload at the ready,

We need a Patrick Carrigan, Isaah Yeo, Corey Horsborough, Jason Taumalolo, Cameron Murray style lock.

Most games decent locks are making comfortably over 100m.

Sele is being played at prop these days, because Murray is at lock, and not really putting in big numbers. Best this year is 69m, then 54m, and all other games are below 50m.

Fair call he's playing out of his skin today (94m from 18 minutes so far), but that's far from a normal performance.

Dogs can't afford to be wasting money on average players hoping the magically "come good". That's what has got us in the shit at the moment.

Sele has been strong all year, he has had an injury plagued career but he has always been a strong prop. Tackles hard and runs hard. IMO, we need go forward more than a ball playing link 13

He's been good for Rabbit in a small minute role. I think he's a fringe NRL starter. We need much much better but wouldn't say no. If he wants $ and more minutes we're the best option for him. Results wise we're the worst option.

Under 100m average for every season bar 1 (which was 103 several seasons ago).

Are u just looking up his stats and making a judgements? A couple weeks ago u said Xerri wasn't fast before he left the nrl and then said u can't remember last week or similar so I'm not sure ur takes are very solid. Sele would be a great get for us. Would start and be on par with King

He had a slow start to his career with injuries but he looks to be coming good now. Would probably cost 1/3 what we are paying TPJ.

As much everyone loves Pele here. Sele off the bench is a much better proposition. He would even push for a starting spot. Pele is not even ready to play 40 mins let alone start a game. Get it done GUS.

Sele is a solid player. Pretty physical. You'd take him if we could get him. Only issue is he's had a lot of injuries over the years. He's only played 62 games in 7 seasons.

He's played a lot of games this year so hopefully that's behind him.
