It was well communicated at the start of the year that this year would be tough and Ciraldo probably came one year too early. Our injury toll has only made that worse. Too early to write him off and I say stay the course and will vote accordingly.

The biggest indicators for me are have any players improved? And baffling team/squad selections.
Burton is the one for me that has fallen the most, he literally cannot stick to a tackle anymore and regardless of how much time he has does not even put up spirals to try and force an error anymore.
Moving a specialist origin winger from left to right when we have a specialist right one that can destroy teams sitting in reserve grade is another for me that shows ciraldo might not be the man for the job.
the minimal minutes players are getting from the bench all year also shows he can’t read or get a feel for the game

we have no forwards, Kiraz has gone to shit, we have no halves, fox has gone from complete professional to a liability, our one attacking player is leaving, Mahoney has gone backwards at a rate of knots, we have no leader, we have no aggressor, our coach is a fucking moron and for some reason our training puts more players out of action than actual games and our players have no immune system as half are always apparently out with pneumonia

gus cannot sit back any longer making excuses saying the club is heading in the right direction
gus cannot say with new players coming we will be better

results week after week are proof that the club is failing this rebuilding is failing, hiring unproven coaches has failed
gus is as big a fraud as ciraldo is

I can accept raw emotion from our fans, we are passionate and the best in the NRL, no one else accumulates 22K memberships coming 15th… things will get better and we can’t possibly cop the same level of sh!tty fortune as we did this year.

There is a bit of internal agitation but there always has been, doubly so when the on-field results aren’t there. I don’t think it’ll go far - most voting members are smart enough to see what’s happening across the board.

100% agree on both, if we're tracking the same way 20 or so rounds into next year(ie fn rubbish)CC will likely be gone.He MUST get nearly another full year from now to improve shit though.

I feel your frustration and I’m first to stick up for Gus but a lot of shit this season has failed that much that we have regressed when I thought we couldn’t possibly get worse with the new recruits. I’m still holding out hope but if my mid year next year we are pretty much the same I’ll be calling for there heads also. I’m over ciraldo more than anything. A half decent coach would get a lot more out of this mob than he has. I’m not saying we would make the 8 but we wouldn’t be getting smacked the way we are and letting players score untouched. We are the only team who have no fucking clue what’s going on and the season is almost done. This shows you all that it’s a coaching thing not a player thing.
