The club has become a black hole for careers for players.
Every player that seems to come across seems to just go backwards.
Burton was an absolute superstar last season playing in the centres.
What has he worked on in the summer? He has no pass on him as a half, all he relies on is that left foot step back inside.
He is nothing like last season.
Dufty, was the Dragons best attacking option last season and had a great pass on him that would put the winger over.
He only has 1 try assist and that came from a kick. What happened to his passing game?
He has regressed.
JAC, has not even scored 1 try. He would convert 50/50 chances into tries last season, this season not even 1 try.
Flanagan was servicable with the roosters, last season he is not even a reserve grade half back.
Cotric came over as a NSW origin back, he lost his job for NSW and is nothing the player he was.
Averillo has not developed over 2 seasons.
Jackson has declined badly.
The club is an out right mess. It is a club where players careers go to die.
They only come for the money, nothing else.
Why do you want this player or that player? They will only decline.

We think we are a big club... Those days are long gone. Sadly we are the same as the West Tigers, we just have better facilities. I feel sorry for Kikau, Mahoney and every other player that makes their way here... I hope they are ready to embrace the pain and suffering.

TPJ - genuine rocks and diamonds forward who we’ve got locked on marquee money

Addo-Carr - 500+ hundred thousand clams per year to sit on a wing in a shit team. And he’s proven to be more interested in marketing himself off field than showing anything on field.

There are good players that have come to our club. We need a good coach to get the best out of them, Barrett isn't that. Dufty, JAC, Burton, Vaughan, Max King amongst others are decent, they just need a skilled coach. Gus needs to think carefully about his next move and do it sooner rather than later,

He just plants himself on the left... It's times like this when I miss players like Josh Reynolds that would try his heart out and get stuck into other players ... Didn't see one of our so called leaders stand up and be counted today, nothing inspiring from anybody
