I had some guacamole, added mixed beans for some fibre and smashed with crunchy leb bread.

For lunch, we have on the menu,
Slow-cooked (3 hours) braised beef cheeks on stir-fried chilly, beans and onion.
And if you are interested in the recipe,
Isn't the cheek the best part of the animal? I know a lot of chefs go on about beef, pork and even fish cheeks.

Tira de asado (asado ribs).

Yeah. Bit of a wank but my butcher gave me some.

That was for 3 people too. Sort of went a little overboard. There's 6 of the ribs which you cannot see. Cannot stand eggplant but that worked great and nothing beats fresh chimichurri.
